7×24 維護及預防性保養7×24 Maintenance & Preventive Care

全年無休緊急支援，目標最快約 2 小時到場；可提供預防性保養，以及 12 個月或可選 36 個月零件與人工保固。Year-round emergency support with up to about 2 hours on-site response, plus preventive maintenance and 12-month or optional 36-month parts-and-labour warranty.

常見挑戰The challenge

機房設備長期 7×24 運行，電池老化、濾網積塵或感應器失效等問題，往往要到故障時才被發現，代價是非計劃停機。Critical-room equipment runs 7×24. Ageing batteries, clogged filters or failed sensors often go unnoticed until something breaks—and the cost is unplanned downtime.
